  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In this case, we will communicate any significant delays via email or phone.
1.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.

1.3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
1.4. International Shipping
  • Currently, BORQ Professional only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1.5. Delivery Issues
  • If you provide an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping the item will be your responsibility.

2. Refund and Return Policy

At BORQ Professional, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging in the same condition as it was when you received it.
  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Items that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2.2. Return Process

  • After your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs for returning the product will be your responsibility unless the product was defective or there was an error on our part.

  • If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment or provided as store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective product).
